BSECON-4, with the theme “Master the Art & Lead the Change,” is the third annual benchmark conference organized by the RADICAL ACADEMY of SPINE ENDOSCOPY (RASE INDIA). It is a premier international gathering for spine endoscopy enthusiasts, including surgeons, residents, and fellows. The event serves as a dynamic platform for sharing knowledge, creating awareness about advanced techniques in Endoscopic Spine Surgery, and providing an invaluable opportunity for the younger generation of spine surgeons to learn from and network with pioneers in the field.

The conference is organized by RASE INDIA (RADICAL ACADEMY of SPINE ENDOSCOPY). RASE INDIA was founded in January 2022 to address the gap in formal Endoscopic Spine Surgery training within India’s medical school curriculum. The organization is dedicated to advancing Biportal Spine Endoscopy through comprehensive training programs, including mentorships, live surgery workshops, and hands-on cadaveric workshops, with a mission to unite spine enthusiasts and showcase the expertise of Indian spine surgeons on a global stage.

BSECON-4 is designed for spine surgeons, neuro-spine surgeons, orthopedic surgeons, residents, fellows, and any medical professional with a keen interest in the rapidly evolving field of Endoscopic Spine Surgery. It is particularly beneficial for young surgeons seeking to build a strong foundation in the anatomy and functioning of the spine and learn advanced surgical techniques for cervical, thoracic, and lumbar procedures in a supportive and educational environment.

The event is scheduled to be held from Saturday, 28th November to Sunday, 29th November 2026. The conference activities are spread across two distinct venues in Raipur:

• The main Conference sessions, including lectures and discussions, will be held at the Hotel Sarovar Portico, Raipur.
• The hands-on Cadaver Workshop will be conducted at the Department of Anatomy, AIIMS Raipur.

Cadaver + Conference: This all-inclusive package costs ₹35,000 per person and includes the cadaver workshop, conference access. Registration fees mentioned is inclusive of 18% GST.

Absolutely. A central feature of BSECON-4 is the hands-on Human Cadaver Workshop. This workshop is an invaluable practical training opportunity that allows surgeons to practice and perfect complex endoscopic spine surgery techniques under the guidance of expert faculty. It is specifically designed to deepen the understanding of spinal anatomy and its application in surgical procedures, with a strong emphasis on patient safety.
